Your organization may:
Permitted Use

- Share MatterIQ™ materials with employees and contractors within your organization.
- Use MatterIQ™ for training, implementation, and operational purposes.
- Make reasonable internal copies for business use.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell MatterIQ™ materials.
- Share MatterIQ™ materials outside your organization.
- Publish MatterIQ™ materials online.
- Rebrand MatterIQ™ as your own.
- Remove copyright notices, license information, or watermarks.
- Create or sell derivative frameworks based on MatterIQ™.
Ownership
MatterIQ™, The Digital Client File System™, One Flow™, One Structure™, Matter Workspace™, Matter Record™, Matter Notebook™, Matter Snapshot™, Bring Me Up To Speed™, and related materials are the intellectual property of Beyond Paralegals®LLC. All rights are reserved.
Termination
Any violation of this Agreement immediately terminates the license granted herein.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Acceptance
